We provide general business development and commercial advisory services to a wide range of New Zealand businesses, and work closely with a select number of clients on their overall long-term business development and projects:

• For start-up ventures, we advise on shareholdings, group structuring, corporate governance, and commercial house-keeping issues such as intellectual property, employment and contractor issues.
• Once trading, we advise on a wide range of compliance and governance issues, including sector-specific regulation including financial services (warranty, insurance, pharmaceutical and others) and provide general corporate and commercial advice on operational matters.
• For businesses in strong growth phases, we advise on structuring for expansion (including into overseas jurisdictions), joint venture arrangements and business acquisitions (including due diligence). We also work closely with other advisors in preparation businesses for eventual sale or restructuring.
