We often develop unique legal structuring solutions and documentation for clients having regard to foreign and domestic regulatory, compliance and taxation considerations. We have special expertise in leading multi-disciplinary teams of advisors in New Zealand and abroad to help ensure projects progress in a timely manner, that multiple advice streams properly fit into the wider project, and that overall commercial objectives are met while satisfying any particular jurisdictional requirements.
